Where the available evidence does not allow us to reach a sufficiently reliable conclusion, Luxe Lotte may decline to authenticate an item or may request additional information or photographs.
Customers should not represent a Luxe Lotte authentication as an official certification, warranty or endorsement by the relevant luxury brand.
A Luxe Lotte authentication is not binding on any luxury brand, marketplace, resale platform, insurer, pawnbroker, lender, buyer or other third party. Such organisations may conduct their own assessment and may reach a different conclusion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where we provide our services to consumers, we will provide those services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photographs and information you provide are accurate, clear and sufficient for us to assess the item.
We may request additional photographs or information if the material initially provided is insufficient.

You should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through WhatsApp.
