Luxe Lotte Authentication Services was founded by Charlotte, an experienced Intellectual Property, brand protection and luxury authentication professional with a career spanning over 15 years across the luxury fashion and Intellectual Property sectors.

Charlotte spent 10 years working within Chanel's Intellectual Property department, developing extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, brand protection and the identification and prevention of counterfeit goods. This experience provided her with an exceptional understanding of the luxury industry and the importance of protecting the integrity and reputation of luxury brands.

Building on this specialist experience, Charlotte went on to work as an Advanced Authenticator and Chanel Expert at Vestiaire Collective, where she completed specialist training through the Vestiaire Academy in France.

During her time at Vestiaire Collective, Charlotte developed extensive hands-on authentication experience across multiple luxury brands. She trained and supported other authenticators through the Vestiaire Academy, sharing her knowledge and expertise across a broad range of luxury brands. Her experience also encompassed copywriting and quality control, strengthening her meticulous approach to detail, accuracy and the presentation of luxury products.

Charlotte's professional credentials include being a CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys) highly experienced paralegal, alongside extensive independent study of luxury craftsmanship, collections, limited editions, materials, construction and valuations.

To date, Charlotte has authenticated over 40,000 luxury items, giving her extensive practical experience in assessing luxury goods and identifying the subtle characteristics that distinguish authentic pieces from counterfeit products.

With a strong professional foundation in brand protection, counterfeit identification and luxury authentication, Charlotte established Luxe Lotte Authentication Services to provide an independent, knowledgeable and trusted service to luxury buyers, resellers and pawnbrokers.
