Standard Authentication - £30
Email/verbal authentication confirming authentication. Recommended for pre purchasing from online marketplace or for established re-sale companies who require a second opinion and do not require certificate. This service does not include a detailed analysis or certificate.
Detailed Analysis Authentication - £70 (Recommended)
This is our most popular service we offer. We will conduct an in-depth investigation on your handbag and provide a full analysis of the handbag including a current market valuation. You will receive a 2 page authentication certificate confirming authenticity and analysis via email.
Valuation Only - £25
Email confirmation confirming current market valuation including product description. We will conduct thorough research and advise you of an estimated current market valuation. This service is recommended for clients who would like a general valuation or for insurance purposes.
The valuation on the certificate is the current market value if your handbag was to be stolen, lost or damage. The valuation is replacement value not a price to sell to an established re-seller, commission is taken from re-sellers.
Authentication/valuation process:
- Email customercare@luxelotte.co.uk requesting type of service and product details requiring authentication.
- Luxe Lotte will send an email confirming acceptance within 3 hours, payment details will be sent and request additional photographs of the item if required
- Authentication/valuation will be sent via email within 24 hours Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 GMT from when payment and all requested photographs have been emailed to customercare@luxelotte.co.uk .
