Email/verbal authentication confirming authentication. Recommended for pre purchasing from online marketplace or for established re-sale companies.

This service includes a PDF certificate of authentication. The price of authentication depends on the brand. 

Authentication process: 

1. Email customercare@luxelotte.co.uk requesting type of service and product details requiring authentication.
2. Luxe Lotte will send an email confirming acceptance within 3 hours, payment details will be sent and request additional photographs of the item if required 
3. Authentication will be sent via email within 24 hours Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 GMT from when payment and all requested photographs have been emailed to customercare@luxelotte.co.uk .
